- 2 tbsp Avocado oil, or your preferred cooking oil
- 1 small Onion, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 lb Beef, cubed into pieces
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
- 1 large Carrot, sliced
- 1 cup Baby Bella Mushroom or While Mushroom
- 1 med Red or Green Bell Pepper
- 2-3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and onions. Sauté until fragrant and softened.
Add beef. Cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Add the sliced carrots and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and red bell pepper. Stir well to combine.
Pour in the oyster sauce and mix evenly to coat the beef and vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
Serve warm over rice or enjoy on its own.
