Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil, or your preferred cooking oil
  • 1 small Onion, minced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Beef, cubed into pieces
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 large Carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Bella Mushroom or While Mushroom
  • 1 med Red or Green Bell Pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and onions. Sauté until fragrant and softened.
  • Add beef. Cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.
  • Add the sliced carrots and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and red bell pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour in the oyster sauce and mix evenly to coat the beef and vegetables.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook until vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
  • Serve warm over rice or enjoy on its own.
