Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Overripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 3/4 cup Sugar or Sugar Substitute
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Optional

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips or
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in melted butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
  • Stir until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or walnuts if using.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool before slicing.

Notes

Very ripe bananas give the best flavor and natural sweetness.
